✅ Full Refund will be given if:
• We fail to deliver the promised setup within 48 hours of payment
• The WhatsApp API Panel is not activated after payment
• Technical error caused double payment or incorrect charge
• Service was not delivered as described on our website
❌ Refund will NOT be given if:
• Digital setup has already been delivered and access granted
• Customer changes their mind after delivery
• Customer fails to provide required details for setup within 72 hours
• Virtual number has been delivered and activated
• Wholesale group access has been provided
• Product was used and then a refund is requested
• Violation of our Terms & Conditions by the customer
